We collect client information and documents only to provide document clearing, visa assistance coordination, business setup support, application submission assistance, payment processing, customer support, and application status tracking. All applications are subject to official rules, requirements, fees, processing times, and approvals.

By using the DUBAINI PRO+ app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the app.
DUBAINI PRO+ is a private document clearing platform that provides: document clearing assistance, visa assistance coordination, business setup support, application submission through relevant official portals and approved channels, and application status tracking. We are not a government entity and not an official government portal.
Service fees include: estimated government or official portal fees, third-party typing/processing costs where applicable, DUBAINI PRO+ service charge, and applicable VAT. Payments made through the digital wallet are final and non-refundable except in specific cases determined by the administration team.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all documents and information you provide. DUBAINI PRO+ reserves the right to reject applications containing incorrect information or fraudulent documents. Your documents are used solely to process your requested service and are shared only with the relevant official authorities when required.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms or any misuse of the platform. You may request account deletion at any time through the Profile page or by emailing support@dubaini.ae.
DUBAINI PRO+ is not responsible for any delays or rejections by relevant official authorities. DUBAINI PRO+ provides its services as a private document clearing intermediary that submits requests through approved official channels on the client's behalf. All final decisions rest with the relevant official authorities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
