- Identity documents uploaded for KYC verification (e.g. passport, Emirates ID)
- Financial transaction data related to your wallet and payments
- Applications and form data submitted through the platform

We collect your data only for the following purposes:
- Process service applications submitted through the app
- Verify your identity and ensure UAE regulatory compliance
- Manage your wallet and payment operations
- Communicate with you about application status and updates
- Send notifications related to your account and services
3. Uploaded Documents
Documents you upload are used solely for processing your requested services and applications. Your documents are not shared with third parties except where legally required to complete the requested service (e.g. relevant UAE government authorities).
4. Tracking & Advertising

DUBAINI Pro does not use any advertising tracking libraries, IDFA, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, TikTok Pixel, or any form of cross-app or cross-website user tracking. Your data is never used for targeted advertising and is never sold to any third party or data broker.
5. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We may share your information only with:
- Relevant UAE government authorities when processing your official applications
- Payment service providers to complete financial transactions
- Legal authorities when required by applicable law
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services or fulfil legal obligations. We apply technical and organisational security standards to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
7. Your Rights
- Access and correct your personal data at any time from your Profile page
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data: Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app, or email support@dubaini.ae with subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.
- Object to data processing in specific circumstances
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
